We are offering two new PhD student / Research Assistant positions (3 years, 40 hours/week) to recent master’s graduates (or soon to be) who want to pursue a career in computational science and engineering within the field of semiconductor physics (no previous knowledge in semiconductor physics is required), more specifically in semiconductor device fabrication processes within the nano-meter regime. The research is conducted in close collaboration with SILVACO, which co-finances the Laboratory. Both positions are supposed to start January 8, 2018; applications are now open and remain so until they are filled. More information:
- PhD Student / Research Assistant: Computational Scientist for Semiconductor Etching Physics
- PhD Student / Research Assistant: Computational Scientist for Hierarchical Data Structures
Update November 19, 2017: Position 1 has been filled; position 2 is still available.
