On February 28th our colleague Konstantinos Tselios successfully defended his dissertation. Konstantino's work was performed in the framework of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for Single-Defect Spectroscopy in Semiconductor Devices (SDS) project which is jointly funded by the Christian Doppler Research Association and by our partners: Infineon, ams-OSRAM and Global TCAD Solutions.
