In the Device sections of the input deck, contact quantities
have to be added. By default the contact voltage is specified and the
currents are calculated, but MINIMOS-NT also allows the calculation of the
contact voltage when the current is specified and a mixed simulation
where the current is specified on some contacts and the voltages on
others. For transient simulations these quantities can be entered as
functions of time.
