9.1.1 The TCAD Experiment

Figure 9.1 shows how the LMMIN optimization experiment can be used in concert with a network-model in order to establish an automated calibration system.

In this configuration the model is not delivering any physically relevant quantities like currents or so, but rather quantifies the accuracy -- with respect to measurements -- of the models which are included in this network-model.
