at the Akademisches Gymnasium Wien (with honors).

October 1995 - June 1996

Compulsory military service.

October 1996

Enrolled in Technical Physics at the Vienna University of Technology, Austria.

March 2002

Received degree of Diplom-Ingenieur (M.Sc.) in Technical Physics from the Vienna University of Technology.

June 2002

Entered the position of teaching assistant and doctoral program at the Institute for Microelectronics, Vienna University of Technology, under the supervision of Prof. Hans Kosina.

October 2003 - November 2003

Held a position as a visiting researcher at the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (Seoul, South Korea).

May 2004

First prize of 11 $ ^{\mathrm{th}}$ Symposium on Nano Device Technology (SNDT 2004) student paper contest held in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

January 2004 - December 2006

Coordinator of Sinano project funded by the European Commission under the 6 $ ^{\mathrm{th}}$ EU Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development at the Institute for Microelectronics.

October 2006 - April 2007

Research and software development for project with the Semiconductor Technology Development Division, Semiconductor Business Group, Sony Coorporation.
