Biography (as of 31-10-2003): Robert Klima was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1969. He studied electrical engineering at the Technische Universität Wien where he received the degree of Diplomingenieur in 1997. He joined the Institute for Microelektronics in September 1997 focosing on three-dimensional effects in new semiconductur structures. In 2002 he obtained his doctoral degree in technical science and is currently working as a post-doctoral researcher. His scientific interests include device and circuit simulation, computer visualization, and software technology. | ||||
