Biography (as of 30-06-2013): Hui-Wen Karner received the PhD degree in communication engineering in 2013 from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. She is currently a post doctoral researcher at the Institute for Microelectronics at the Technische Universität Wien. Her research interests focus on modeling and simulation of semiconductor nanodevices. She is currently working on thermoelectric device applications. | ||||
