Biography (as of 29-06-1996): Helmut Puchner was born in Steyr, Austria, in 1968. He studied electrical engineering at the Technische Universität Wien Vienna, where he received the degree of Diplomingenieur in 1992. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in October 1992. From 1988 to 1990 he held summer positions in Switzerland and Germany working on control engineering. His research interests include process simulation in poly-crystaline silicon, general diffusion processes and implementation details of the process simulator PROMIS into the VISTA framework. | ||||
