Biography (as of 29-09-1996): Andreas Stach was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1968. He studied electrical engineering at the Technische Universität Wien, where he received the degree of Diplomingenieur in 1995. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in September 1995. His scientific interests include geometric modeling, three-dimensional interconnect simulation, and circuit simulation of VLSI circuits. | ||||
