Biography (as of 29-06-2001): Christian Troger was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1969. He studied electrical engineering at the Technische Universität Wien where he received the degree of Diplomingenieur in 1995. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in September 1995. His scientific interests include software engineering, the simulation of quantum mechanical devices and physical aspects in general. | ||||
