Biography (as of 30-07-2010): Otmar Ertl was born in Vöcklabruck, Austria, in 1982. He studied technical physics at the Technische Universität Wien, where he received the degree of Diplomingenieur in 2005. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in October, 2006, where he is currently working on his doctoral degree. His scientific interest is focused on process simulation. | ||||
