Biography (as of 09-08-2006): Masoud Movahhedi was born in Yazd, Iran, in 1976. He studied Electrical Engineering at the Sharif University of Technology and AmirKabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), where he received the degree of Master of Science in 2000. He is currently working on his doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering at the same university. He joined the the Institute for Microelectronics in December 2005, as a visiting student. His scientific interests include computer-aided design of microwave integrated circuits, computational electromagnetic, semiconductor high-frequency RF modeling and interconnect simulation. | ||||
