Biography (as of 30-03-2003): Rodrigo Rodriguez-Torres was born in Huajuapan de Leon, Oaxaca, Mexico, in 1972. He studied electrical engineering at the Technical Instite of Puebla, Mexico, where he received the degree of Industrial Engineering in Electronic in 1994. Afterwards he joined the National Institute for Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics (INAOE) in Tonantzintla, Puebla, where he received the degree of Master of Science in 1997. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in September 1999, where he is pursuing a doctoral degree. His scientific interests include device and circuit simulation, device modeling, and physics of MOS transistors. | ||||
