Biography (as of 29-09-2006): Alireza Sheikholeslami was born in Babol, Iran, in 1971. He studied electrical engineering at the University of Science and Technology in Tehran and Technische Universität Wien, where he received the degree of Diplomingenieur in 2002. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in April 2002, where he is currently working on his doctoral degree. His scientific interest is focused on process simulation. | ||||
