We are proud to announce that the research paper entitled "Perspective of 2D Integrated Electronic Circuits: Scientific Pipe Dream or Disruptive Technology?" authored by our colleagues Michael, Theresia, Konstantinos, Lado, Bernhard, Yoanlys, Dominic, Yury, and Tibor was published in Advanced Materials. The paper discusses the perspective of 2D materials for novel integrated circuits and the challenges coming along with geometry scaling and charge trapping effects.
