On December 22nd our colleague Theresia Knobloch successfully defended her dissertation. Theresia has decided to remain at the Institute for Microelectronics as a post-doctoral researcher. Her work will focus on the experimental characterization and modeling of field effect transistors based on 2D materials, paying special attention to suitable gate insulators and the electrical device stability and reliability. We congratulate Theresia and are happy that she decided to stay within our team.
