Received ``Best Poster Award for Young Scientist'', at the 27$^\mathrm{th}$ IEEE International Spring Seminar on Electronics Technology.

November 2003

Entered doctoral program at the Institute for Microelectronics, Vienna University of Technology, in cooperation with Austriamicrosystems and Infineon, under the supervision of Prof. Tibor Grasser.

October 2003

Received degree of Diplom-Ingenieur (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from the Vienna University of Technology (with honors).
