The Vista User Interface (VUI) library serves three purposes. It implements user interface policy so that all interactive VISTA applications share a unified ``look and feel'', it provides a common standard programming interface for both LISP- and C-based user interface code, and it provides convenience functions for the efficient creation of often used combinations of widgets.
