Typography

In an atempt to improve the readability despite the many names and abbreviations that have to be used, the following typography is adopted.

WORD
An abbreviation which is well-established in the electronics engineering area, or a well-defined technical term of computer science.

WORD
An organization, academic institution, or company.

WORD
A name of a software package or a product name, with or without trademark. A name of an integrated TCAD system.

WORD
A name of a tool, more specifically, of a Technology CAD Application.

Word
A function or variable, a symbolic name in a computer science context (which may be an abbreviation) or the name of a module or component of VISTA.

Word
An important or newly introduced word. A quote of some original text.
