10.1.3 Carrier Density

The carrier density for zero bias is compared in Fig. 10.3. For the Wigner function we calculated the carrier density again in the ``naive'' way (summation over all $ k$'s for a fixed $ x$).

The main difference is in the carrier distribution inside the well. It is much higher with the QTBM than with the WFM.
