Enrolled in Electrical Engineering at the Vienna University of Technology, Austria.

October 1988

Graduation from College for Communications Engineering and Electronics (HTL Matura) at the Technologisches Gewerbemuseum (TGM) with distinction.

January 1989 - January 1997

Held a position as hardware and software development engineer in the division for PABX Systems at the Kapsch Group AG, Wien.

January 2002

Received degree of Diplom-Ingenieur (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from the Vienna University of Technology with distinction.

June 2002

Entered the position of teaching assistant at the Institute for Microelectronics, Vienna University of Technology. Enrolled in doctoral program at the same institution under the supervision of Prof. Siegfried Selberherr.

July 2004 - October 2004

Held a position as a visiting researcher at the design center of Cypress Semiconductor Corp. in San Jose, USA.
