Biography (as of 09-04-1999): Mustafa Radi was born in Innsbruck, Austria, in 1968. He studied electrical engineering and computer science at the Technische Universität Wien, where he received the degree of Diplomingenieur in electrical engineering in 1994. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in August 1994. His research interests include developing physical models and algorithms for thermal oxidation in three-dimensional silicon structures based on particle-dynamic processes (Cellular Automata) as well as High Performance Computing and Networking(HPCN). | ||||
