    Description

    ViennaSpinMag is an open source Finite Element-based application for calculating the magnetization dynamics of multi-layered structures composed of ferromagnets, metal spacers and tunnel barriers. It employs the Landau-Lifshits-Gilbert equation with a coupled Spin and Charge transport approach to evaluate the time-dependent change in magnetization. Large part of the source code can also be employed as a library to be included in larger simulations.
