Ferry]], [[Mihail (Mixi) Nedjalkov]], and [[Josef Weinbub]]. The motivation is layed out in {{:jcel_special_issue_wigner_letter.pdf|this announcement letter}} by [[Mihail (Mixi) Nedjalkov]] and [[Jean Michel Sellier]].

-The (hard!) submission deadline is **June 1, 2015** to make the September issue; no extensions will be granted. 
-The usual submission rules for this journal apply. However, during the submission process make sure that you select the **'Wigner'** special issue.
