Call for Papers: JCEL Special Issue

A special issue on Wigner in the Journal of Computational Electronics (JCEL) is planned, which will be edited by David K. Ferry, Mihail (Mixi) Nedjalkov, and Josef Weinbub. The motivation is layed out in this announcement letter by Mihail (Mixi) Nedjalkov and Jean Michel Sellier.

The (hard!) submission deadline is June 1, 2015 to make the September issue; no extensions will be granted. The usual submission rules for this journal apply. However, during the submission process make sure that you select the 'Wigner' special issue.
