Bootstrapping under VMS

Under VMS, the user may define a foreign command to execute and bootstrap VMake. The definition is

Then the command bvmake runs the bootstrap version of VMake. The triple doublequotes are necessary in order to prevent the DCL command line interpreter from interpreting them. After installing VMake the following definition may be used.
