3.1 Configuration of the WAFER-STATE-SERVER

In a software package there are parts that need to be runtime configurable. Such parts are, e.g., definitions that will change during the lifetime of the software project. Other parts are parameters that change from one invocation of the program (or usage of a library) to the next. In the WAFER-STATE-SERVER the types of attributes and the types of process steps need to be configured.
