The Network-Enabled Optimization System (NEOS) can be reached at

The NEOS guide is a source of information about optimization algorithms and applications. It also includes an optimization decision tree and an optimization software guide.

The guide is created from the Optimization Technology CenterC1. This center is an enterprise of Argonne National LaboratoryC2 and Northwestern University and was founded in 1994 with support from the U.S. Department of EnergyC3 and Northwestern UniversityC4.
