Model Parameters

 

We accept Fair's values (Table 3.2-1) for the diffusion coefficients , and Morin & Maita's values for the intrinsic number (Table 3.2-2).

All cluster parameters are modeled by Arrhenius laws . Tsai [Tsa80] found rate coefficients for kinetic modeling the arsenic cluster formation. Our parameters for the dynamic clustering model DIFDCL (Table 3.2-3) are based on Tsai's values. For the static clustering model DIFSCL the arsenic parameters are adjusted to coincide with the dynamic model, the boron parameters were taken from ICECREM [Pic90] (Table 3.2-4).
