From our website you can retrieve TCAD simulation tools developed at the Institute for Microelectronics. To use this service we require you to become a registered software user at our institute. For more information concerning the registration procedure please refer to the download section. All these programs are written most portably in ANSI Fortran, C, or/and C++.
