. The experimental data were taken from
[Sol90] [Cow90a] [Bac95]. Most of the parameters we used are
well established in literature, like the diffusivity of interstitials

vacancies 
and the according equilibrium concentrations 
and
(cf. [Bro87] [Tan85]). For the initialization of the
point defect concentrations we used the +1-model with the same
initialization factor 
for both quantities ( 
). The model parameters are given in Table 4.3-2.
