A diversity of fabrication processes have been proposed, some of which
are described in Section 5.1.
Granular techniques yield already close or true room temperature operation.
However, impurity free processes are not developed yet, and production time of
most nano-processes scales linearly with device number. This results in
unacceptable long production times not suitable for industrial mass
production.
