Biography:
Marián Molnár was born in Nové Zámky, Slovakia, in 1986. He studied electrical engineering at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, where he received the MSc degree in 2010. In January 2012, he joined the Advanced Materials and Device Analysis group at the Institute for Microelectronics, Technische Universität Wien, where he worked until January 2013. His scientific interests include modeling, simulation, and characterization of Nitride-based HEMTs and diodes.
