On January 13th our colleague Michael Quell successfully defended his dissertation. Michael’s PhD work has been developed in the framework of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for High Performance Technology Computer-Aided Design (HPTCAD) project which is jointly funded by the Christian Doppler Research Association and by our partner company Silvaco, Inc.
