We’re proud to announce that Mario Bendra won the Best Reliability Paper Award at MIPRO 2022 (45th Jubilee International Convention on Information, Communication and Electronic Technology) for his paper “Spin Transfer Torques in Ultra-Scaled MRAM Cells" with co-authors Simone Fiorentini, Johannes Ender, Roberto Orio, Tomas Hadamek, Wilton Loch, Nils Jorstad, Siegfried Selberherr, Wolfgang Goes, and Viktor Sverdlov.The research was conducted within the scope of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for Nonvolatile Magnetoresistive Memory and Logic in collaboration with Silvaco, Inc.
