On June 27^th and 28^th our colleagues Gerhard Rzepa, Gunnar Rott, Bianka Ullmann and Paul Manstetten successfully defended their dissertations. While Gerhard, Gunnar, and Bianka will continue their career in industry, Paul will remain at the Institute for Microelectronics, starting on July 1^st as a post-doctoral researcher, his main focus remaining high performance methods for semiconductor process simulations.
