Alexander Toifl was awarded the faculty’s prize (“Fakultätspreis”) by the dean of the faculty Univ.Prof. Rupp and the dean of academic affairs Univ.Prof. Strasser on Friday 21st of September, 2018. The ceremony took place at the annual “Fakultätsfest”, where Alexander presented his master’s thesis “Modeling and Simulation of Thermal Annealing of Implanted GaN and SiC”. The faculty’s prize honors outstanding master’s and PhD, theses that are presented at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology.
