“Recent Advances in Wigner Function Approaches” Review Paper

Paper dedicated to the Wigner community and gives a broad and concise overview of recent advancements in different fields

The Institute for Microelectronics is pleased to announce that on October 26th the “Recent advances in Wigner function approaches” review paper was published in AIP Publishing, which is a wholly owned not-for-profit subsidiary of the American Institute of Physics (AIP), and has been tagged as a "Featured Article" by the journal. Our colleague Dr. Josef Weinbub joined forces with Dr. David K. Ferry from Arizona State University and dedicated this paper to the Wigner community, referring to it as a testament to this development as a whole, giving a broad and concise overview of recent advancements in different fields.

The full technical paper is available in the Applied Physics Reviews, Volume 5, Issue 4  and the author to whom correspondence should be addressed is our colleague Josef.
