The Austrian Science Fund (FWF) has elected our colleague Tibor as a Reporter of the FWF for Natural and Technical Sciences in the Engineering technology discipline, with a duty period starting September 2020. The FWF is Austria's central funding organization for basic research and its reporters contribute to the high quality assurance of the FWF's decision-making processes. All proposal submitted to the FWF are assigned to a reporter, who guides the review process. To be entrusted with this high responsibility, reporters must be members of the Austrian scientific community who epitomise the highest scientific achievements and standards. We congratulate Tibor on this well-deserved honor.
