Our colleague, Christian Schleich was awarded for an Excellent Diploma Thesis of the City of Vienna (“Diplomarbeitspreis der Stadt Wien”)

The award for an Excellent Diploma Thesis of the City of Vienna (“Diplomarbeitspreis der Stadt Wien”), was awarded on the 1st of October, 2020 to our colleague Christian Schleich. The ceremony took place in the Kuppelsaal at the TU Wien where the award for his thesis “Characterization and modeling of SiC transistors” was handed to him by Mag. Daniel LÖCKER MA, Scientific Adviser of the Cultural Department MA7.
