On November 19th our colleague Markus Jech successfully defended his dissertation. Markus has decided to remain at the Institute for Microelectronics as a post-doctoral researcher. His work will be focused on ab initio characterization of material systems such as interfaces including the formation of defects. We congratulate Markus and are happy that he decided to stay within our team.
