On December 4th our colleague Bernhard Stampfer successfully defended his dissertation. Bernhard has decided to remain at the Institute for Microelectronics as a post-doctoral researcher. His work will be focused on the characterization of defects in semiconductor devices. We congratulate Bernhard and are happy that he decided to stay within our team.
