We are thrilled to announce that on February 23rd the perspective paper entitled "The performance limits of hexagonal boron nitride as an insulator for scaled CMOS devices based on two-dimensional materials" authored by our colleagues Theresia, Yury, Christian, Michael and Tibor was published in Nature Electronics. In addition, the paper has been highlighted in the editorial of the February issue of Nature Electronics.
