We are proud to announce that our colleague Theresia won the 2021 PhD Student Fellowship awarded by the Electron Devices Society of IEEE. This prestigious fellowship is awarded to promote and support PhD level study and research on electron based devices with three awards being presented per year to one PhD student from the Americas, Europe/Middle East/Africa and Asia/Pacific each.
