Fernando de los Santos-Prieto received both the B.Sc. degrees in Physics and Materials Science from the Universidad de Sevilla (US), Seville, Spain, in 2023, and the M.Sc. degree in Microelectronics from the same institution in 2025. In November 2025 he joined the Institute for Microelectronics, where he works on the characterization and modeling of reliability phenomena in emerging technologies, with a particular focus on devices based on two-dimensional materials.
