Junyan Zhu earned his Bachelar degree in Electronic Engineering from Southeast University in 2019 and his Ph.D. in Microelectronics from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) in 2024. His doctoral thesis centered on the numerical solution of carrier transport phenomena in semiconductor devices. In December 2025, he joined the Institute of Microelectronics as a postdoctoral researcher. His current research focuses on reliability physics modeling and the implementation of these models within the compact physics framework Comphy.
