Biography:

Mauro Ballicchia was born in Senigallia, Italy, and studied electronic engineering at Università Politecnica of Marche, where he received is Laurea degree cum laude (M.Sc.) in 2005 and his Ph.D. in electronic engineering in 2008. He started working as Research assistant at Department of Information Engineering of the same University in 2009, focusing on modeling and design techniques for radiofrequency integrated circuits, passive device modeling, deembedding techniques and system-level design. Then he has been fixed-term Assistant Professor at Ecampus University and contract professor at Università Politecnica delle Marche, where he taught courses on Radiofrequency Devices and Circuits and afterwards on Electron Devices. He now works for the Institute for Microelectronics as a research assistant.
