Biography (as of 31-12-2015): Wolfgang Gös was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1979. He studied technical physics at the Technische Universität Wien, where he received the degree of Diplomingenieur in 2005. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in January 2006, where he is currently working on his doctoral degree. His current scientific interests include ab initio simulations and molecular dynamics, as well as the NBTI phenomenon. | ||||
