Biography: Manfred Katterbauer was born in Schwarzach St.Veit, Austria, in 1965. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in February 1995. Since that time he has been in charge of all technical hardware and software work of the institute. In January 2005 he received the degree of Diplomingenieur (Fachhochschule) from the FH-Campus Wien. | |||||||
