Biography (as of 16-12-1997): Christian Köpf was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1968. He studied communications and radio-frequency engineering at the Technische Universität Wien, where he received the degree of Diplomingenieur in 1993. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in November 1993. In summer 1996 he was with LSI Logic in Milpitas, USA. His scientific interests include heterostructure devices, device modeling and solid state physics in general. | ||||
